👏 A new President. The same commitment to our community.

Abergavenny Rotary Club recently came together at Monmouthshire Golf Club for its Annual Club Assembly and President’s Handover, celebrating another fantastic year of service while looking ahead to an exciting new chapter.

The evening marked the end of Keith Willard’s successful year as President and welcomed Trevor Morgan into the role from 1 July 2026.

Looking back, there’s plenty to be proud of. From welcoming new members and celebrating incredible achievements in our youth competitions, including a UK third-place finish in the Rotary Young Writer Competition, to installing another community defibrillator, growing our online presence and raising vital funds through the Abergavenny Steam Rally and the Abergavenny Rotary Calendar. Every success has been made possible by members, volunteers and supporters working together.

As he takes on the Presidency, Trevor’s vision is simple: make the Club even more welcoming, make volunteering more sociable, encourage younger people to get involved and continue building strong partnerships with local groups and volunteers.

Abergavenny Rotary Club has proudly served the community for many years, and with a new President and plenty of enthusiasm, we’re looking forward to another year of making a real difference together.
